Nova Signs Deal for Ethane Extracted from Oil Sands

Nova Chemicals says it has signed a letter of intent with natural gas exploration and production company Williams for the supply of ethane and ethylene feedstock. Under the deal, Williams would modify existing oil sands off-gas liquids fractionation equipment at its Redwater, AB facility to enable the extraction of ethane and ethylene.
