Mosaic buys back 8.2 million shares from Cargill trusts

Mosaic announced on 14 February that it had entered into a share-repurchase agreement with “certain Cargill family trusts” to buy about 8.2 million shares of Class A stock. These repurchases are included under a $1-billion share-repurchase authorization announced 11 February.
