Molycorp files claim against engineering firm

Molycorp (Greenwood Village, CO) has filed a claim in Colorado Federal District Court against M&K Chemical Engineering Consultants (M&K; Granite City, IL), because of a dispute over what Molycorp calls “defects in engineering services” at the company’s Mountain Pass, CA, rare earths mine.
