Caffaro Brescia was created when it purchased the sodium chlorite plant of the former Caffaro Chimica at Brescia. The agreement secures the plant's output for distribution to DuPont customers and distributors, supporting the company's position in the chlorine dioxide market and its commitment for a long-term, reliable supply of sodium chlorite to customers in Europe, the Mideast, and Africa, the company says.
