Regions :: North America Huntsman to Buy DuPont Unit1:34 PM MDT | August 20, 2007 | Michelle Bryner Huntsman has agreed to acquire the nonwovens portion of DuPont’s Zonyl surface coatings business for an undisclosed amount. Under terms of the deal, DuPont will continue to manufacture the fluorochemical product line, and Huntsman will market and sell the products. The acquired business does not include DuPont’s textile surface coatings and represents less than $100 million/year in sales, DuPont says.
