Regions :: North America Green Solvents Firm Hires Former Nova Executive9:52 AM MST | January 13, 2012 | Vincent Valk Switchable Solutions, a green solvents firm, has hired Eric Kelusky, a former Nova Chemicals technology executive, the company says. The firm says it expects to complete pre-pilot testing of a solvent technology useful for bitumen extraction in oil sands and plastic waste recycling this year. The technology, based on a switchable hydrophilicity solvent, is more efficient and environmentally sound that current processes, Switchable says.
