General Counsel for Product Safety Commission Heads to Crowell & Moring

Cheryl Falvey, general counsel for the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC; Washington), will join the law firm Crowell & Moring (Washington) as a partner in the firm’s Torts Group and Products Risk Management practice, effective 1 October.
