Regions :: North America GenTek to Sell Wire and Cable Unit8:30 AM MDT | July 30, 2007 | Chemical Week Editorial Staff GenTek says it has entered into an agreement to sell its Noma Wire and Cable Assembly business to Electrical Components International Holdings (St. Louis) for $75 million in cash plus a working capital adjustment. The transaction is expected to close by the end of January, GenTek says. Included in the deal are all of the current Noma Wire Harness facilities at Canada, India, Mexico, and the U.S., with the exception of the facilities at Concord, Canada, and Nogales, Mexico, which GenTek says it will sell...
