GenTek to Sell Wire and Cable Unit

GenTek says it has entered into an agreement to sell its Noma Wire and Cable Assembly business to Electrical Components International Holdings (St. Louis) for $75 million in cash plus a working capital adjustment. The transaction is expected to close by the end of January, GenTek says.
