Eastman Opens Texas City Plasticizer Plant

Eastman Chemical announced the startup of its non-phthalate plasticizer manufacturing facility at Texas City, Texas. The new facility will primarily produce Eastman 168 non-phthalate plasticizer, which is mostly used in medical devices, toys, and other childcare items, as well as food contact materials.
