Dow's Plaquemine complex suffers disruption, ethylene supply curtailed for 3-4 weeks

Dow Chemical said on Wednesday that its ethylene production facilities at Plaquemine, LA experienced two separate process incidents during the week of 20 April. The incidents resulted in the disruption of ethylene production at the company’s LA-2 and LA-3 manufacturing units. In addition, the benzene unit at the site also experienced a process disruption.
