Dow names MasterCard CEO to board

Dow Chemical has named Ajay Banga, president and CEO of MasterCard, to its board, effective immediately. Banga joined MasterCard in 2009, and prior had been CEO of Citigroup Asia Pacific. At Citigroup, Banga held a variety of senior management roles in the United States, Asia/Pacific and EMEA—Europe, the Mideast, and Africa.
