DSM in Discussions to Acquire Cargill's Cultures and Enzymes Business

DSM says that it is in exclusive discussions with Cargill to acquire Cargill's cultures and enzymes business. The cultures and enzymes business of Cargill is a global-leading manufacturer of cultures and enzymes for the dairy and meat industries with manufacturing operations Wisconsin and  France, DSM says. It has a strong pipeline of new products, generates annual sales of about €45 million ($58 million), and employs about 200 people, DSM says.
