Coca-Cola Set to Announce Renewable PET Partner?

Coca-Cola says it will announce Thursday a partner for the development of its next-generation PlantBottle, the beverage giant’s renewable polyethylene terephthalate (PET) packaging. The company is already selling PET bottles with 30% renewable content by using monoethylene glycol (MEG) made from Brazilian sugarcane ethanol.
