Chemtura Buys Indian Bromine Assets

Chemtura has purchased the bromine assets of Solaris ChemTech Industries (Gujarat, India), the company says. The assets include two manufacturing plants, an R&D facility, and a multiproducts facility, all located in Gujarat. They constitute a major bromine manufacturer in India, Chemtura says.
