This Week on CW:   Second-quarter earning were, once again, mostly good, but with some downside. Arkema posted its highest net income ever, while Nalco's profits rose and DSM's edged up. However, Huntsman fell a bit short of estimates as profits flatlined due to higher raw material costs.   Formosa has been ordered to close 28 manufacturing plants in Taiwan after a series of fires at the plants.
