The governments of Canada, Mexico, and the U.S. have signed a trilateral chemical testing accord to prioritize and conduct risk assessments for thousands of industrial chemicals. The testing program is part of a larger agreement signed by President Bush, Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper, and Mexican President Felipe Calderón, and includes commitments to cooperate on disease prevention, intellectual property, and science and technology projects.
