Butamax Files Additional Infringement Claims Against Gevo

Butamax Advanced Biofuels (Wilmington, DE) says it has filed an additional patent infringement lawsuit against biobased isobutanol rival Gevo (Englewood, CO), alleging Gevo unlawfully uses Butamax intellectual property contained in its recently granted Patent 8,241,878 (‘878 patent).
