Airgas Buys Northeast Gas Distributor

Airgas says it has acquired the assets and operations of Northeast Gas Technologies (Albany, NY), a distributor of industrial, medical, and specialty gases, for an undisclosed amount. The deal includes the headquarters and industrial gas fill plant at Albany, NY; and New York branches at Vestal, Ithaca, and Hyde Park; as well as a branch at Rutland, VT.
