Air Products Signs Electronic Gases Supply Deal in China

Air Products has agreed to supply ultrahigh purity nitrogen, oxygen, argon, hydrogen, helium, and compressed dry air to Samsung’s new memory fabs at Xi’an, in Shaanxi Province in China. The contract, along with Air Products’ opening of an office at Xi’an, cements Air Products’ position in China’s fast-growing western regions, the company says.
