PMC Contract for Borouge 3 Complex to Be Awarded Soon

Borouge (Abu Dhabi) will award a project management consultancy (PMC) contract in the third quarter for its previously announced Borouge 3 project, Mark Garrett, CEO of Borealis, tells CW. Borouge is a 60-40 joint venture between Abu Dhabi National Oil Co. and Borealis. “Bids from contractors are in, and we are close to awarding the contract,” Garrett says.
