(JPMC; Amman) and PT Petrokimia Gresik (PKG; Jakarta) have signed an agreement to form an equally-owned joint venture to produce fertilizer raw materials in Indonesia. The new company, Petro-Jordan Abadi plans to set up a $200 million complex at Gresik, Java, Indonesia to produce 600,000 m.t./year of sulfuric acid and 200,000 m.t./year of phosphoric acid, using phosphate rock supplied by JPMC.
