Indian Company Forms JV in Dubai

Biocon Ltd. (Bangalore, India), a biotechnology company, has formed a joint venture in Dubai with pharmaceutical manufacturer Neopharma (Abu Dhabi). The jv, dubbed Neobiocon, will make specialty biopharmaceutical products for the United Arab Emirates (UAE) market.
