Borouge 3 Project Advances to FEED Stage

Borouge (Abu Dhabi), a joint venture between Borealis and Abu Dhabi National Oil Co., says it has completed the feasibility study on its Borouge 3 polyolefins project, and will begin the front-end engineering and design (FEED) stage. Borouge 3 will have total polyolefins capacity of about 2.5 million m.t./year, and will include production of Borstar polypropylene and polyethylene (PE), low-density PE, and butene.
