(Chemaweyaat), a previously announced chemicals industrial city to be built in Abu Dhabi’s Taweelah district, will include several complexes producing olefins and aromatics, including one facility based on propane dehydrogenation plants. Details are included in a 15-year master plan. The project aims to utilize Abu Dhabi’s abundant gas and liquid feedstocks, and produce basic as well as value-added products.
