Etihad Rail, Bertschi sign deal covering chemical transport between UAE and other GCC countries

Etihad Rail (Abu Dhabi) has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Bertschi (Dürrenäsch, Switzerland), a logistics company specializing in liquid and dry bulk products for the chemical industry, that enables Bertschi to use Etihad's planned rail network for crossborder transport of equipment and products such as hazardous and non-hazardous bulk liquid and dry chemicals, Etihad Rail announced today.
