Technip awarded contract for calcination unit for coker project in Abu Dhabi

Technip says it has been awarded a contract comprising technology, engineering services, and the supply of core equipment for the Abu Dhabi Oil Refining Co.’s (Takreer) new coke calcination unit. This new unit is part of the previously announced carbon black and delayed coker project being implemented adjacent to Takreer’s existing refinery at Ruwais, Abu Dhabi.
