Toray and Abunayyan form water treatment JV in Saudi Arabia

Toray Industries and Abunayyan Holding (Riyadh) plan to establish Toray Membrane Middle East (TMME), a joint venture in water and wastewater treatment technologies at Dammam, Saudi Arabia, Toray says. Abunayyan provides integrated solutions in water, power, and energy applications. The new jv company, which will be established with an investment of over $80 million, will manufacture and sell water treatment membranes in addition to providing technical services.
