Shell to expand polyols capacity in Singapore

Shell Chemicals has made a final investment decision to upgrade its Jurong Island, Singapore, polyols facility, the company announced today. The investment is expected to increase polyols capacity by more than 100,000 m.t./year and add new grades to Shell’s product offering. The project is expected to be completed in 2014.
