Saudi Polymers complex to restart next week following unscheduled outage

National Petrochemical Co. (Petrochem; Riyadh) says it is completing the final phase of maintenance work at the Saudi Polymers’ complex at Al Jubail following an unscheduled outage, which began 30 June, and expects it to restart beginning of next week. Saudi Polymers is a joint venture in which Petrochem owns 65% and Arabian Chevron Phillips Petrochemical 35%.
