Sabic and K.A.CARE sign R&D agreement

Sabic and the King Abdullah City for Atomic and Renewable Energy (K.A.CARE) have signed an R&D agreement, Sabic says. The agreement was signed by Mohamed Al Mady, vice chairman and CEO of Sabic; and Hashim Abdullah Yamani, president of K.A.CARE, at Riyadh on 27 February. Sabic and K.A.CARE, under the agreement, will develop a range of protocols for evaluation and feasibility of renewable energies including, solar, wind, and municipal waste, with a specific focus on electricity or steam generation for industrial usage and energy storage, Sabic says...
