Sabic and ExxonMobil Ink Deal for Elastomers Venture

Sabic and ExxonMobil Chemical say they have signed a heads of agreement (HOA) for a previously announced elastomers project at the companies’ Al-Jubail Petrochemical Co. (Kemya; Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia) and Saudi Yanbu Petrochemical Co. (Yanpet; Yanbu, Saudi Arabia) joint ventures (CW, March, 10, p. 9).
