Outgoing Secretary General of GPCA The Gulf Petrochemicals and Chemicals Association (GPCA; Dubai) has expanded rapidly and today has more than 140 members. GPCA’s third annual forum, held last December in Dubai, attracted over 950 delegates. Abdullah Bin Zaid Al Hagbani has been GPCA’s secretary general since the association was created in March 2006, having been seconded from Sabic, where he held a number of senior management positions.
