Regions :: Middle East :: Saudi Arabia Mitsubishi Rayon and Sabic Form JV for MMA and PMMA2:33 PM MDT | June 9, 2011 | Deepti Ramesh Mitsubishi Rayon says it has formed a joint venture company with Sabic to build and operate previously announced plants for the production of methyl methacrylate (MMA) and polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) at Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The MMA plant will have a production capacity of 250,000 m.t./year and the PMMA plant will have a capacity of 40,000 m.t./year, Mitsubishi Rayon says.
