Ma'aden Completes Construction of Large DAP Complex in Saudi Arabia

The Saudi Arabian Mining Company, Ma'aden, says that Ma’aden Phosphate Company (MPC) has begun initial production of sulfuric and phosphoric acids for captive use, as well as diammonium phosphate (DAP) at its large manufacturing complex at Ras Az Zawr, Saudi Arabia. The related ammonia plant with capacity for 1.1 million m.t./year started production in the first quarter of this year.
