Dow Chemical and Saudi Aramco have confirmed CW’s exclusive report that they are going ahead with the formation of a previously announced joint venture, to be known as Sadara Chemical Company. The boards of directors have approved the formation of the jv, which will build and operate a world-scale, fully integrated chemicals complex at Jubail, Saudi Arabia at a cost of approximately $20 billion.
