Aramco and Total Sign Contracts for Jubail Refinery-Aromatics Complex

Saudi Aramco and Total have signed contracts covering 13 different engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) process packages for their previously announced Saudi Aramco Total Refining and Petrochemical Co. (Satorp) export refinery and aromatics joint venture at Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The investors last month said they had selected contractors for the project. The combined value of the EPC packages is about $9.6 billion. The contract awards were deyaled  by several months as Aramco and Total asked bidders to reduce their prices...
