(Satorp) export refinery and aromatics joint venture at Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The investors last month said they had selected contractors for the project. The combined value of the EPC packages is about $9.6 billion. The contract awards were deyaled by several months as Aramco and Total asked bidders to reduce their prices...
