Aramco Delays Bidding Process on Total Project

Saudi Aramco and Total say they are delaying the bidding process for their previously announced Jubail Refining and Petrochemical complex by three months. Deadlines by which contractors will submit bids have been moved from this month, to February 2009. Contracts to build the plants will be awarded in the second quarter of 2009.
