Aramco Delays Bidding Process on Total, CononoPhillips Projects

Saudi Aramco and Total say they are delaying the bidding process for their previously announced Jubail Refining and Petrochemical Co.'s complex by three months. Deadlines by which contractors will submit bids have been moved from November this year to February 2009. The contracts to build the plants will be awarded in the second quarter of 2009.
