Qatar Reviewing Future Cracker Projects

 Qatar Petroleum (QP) will have a better idea within the next two months on which new cracker projects are likely to go ahead, said Abdullah Bin Hamad Al-Attiyah, deputy prime minister and Minister of Energy and Industry of Qatar. He was addressing journalists today following the inauguration of Qatofin's 450,000-m.t./year linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) plant at Mesaieed, Qatar.
