Qatar Invites Bids for Ethylene JV with Honam

A 70-30 joint venture between Qatar Intermediate Holdings Co. (Doha), a Qatar Petroleum affiliate; and Honam Petrochemical (Seoul) has issued invitations to ethylene plant contractors to bid for a plant that will form part of a previously announced olefins complex at Mesaieed, Qatar, CW has learned (CW, Oct. 17, 2007, p. 22).
