Oman Oil Refineries and Petroleum Industries Co., (Orpic; Muscat) on Tuesday held a workshop for engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contractors to brief them on the upcoming prequalification tender for its previously announced, $3.6-billion Liwa plastics project (LPP).
