Oman Backs Duqm Refinery-Petchem Scheme

Oman’s Supreme Committee for Town Planning (Muscat) has issued a tender for a masterplan that would integrate a previously announced refining and petrochemical complex in the free zone and industrial area of the coastal region of Duqm, Oman, local reports say (CW, May 2, 2007, p. 18).
