Kuwait Okays Al Zour Refinery Project

Kuwait has approved the construction of a new oil refinery with an estimated cost of $14.5 billion. The Al Zour refinery project, a revival of plans scrapped in March 2009, could eventually lead to the construction of the third petrochemical complex in the country.
