Kuwait Forms Panel to Investigate Dispute with Dow Chemical

The Kuwaiti government on Monday approved the line-up of a committee, proposed by the Prime Minister Sheikh Jaber Al-Mubarak Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, to investigate the repercussions of a recent ruling by the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) against Kuwait’s Petrochemical Industries Co.
