(PIC) told CW recently. It will be designed to produce 1.4 million m.t./year of ethylene and less than half that amount of propylene, Hussain says. Downstream facilities will include polyethylene and ethylene glycol. The project will be located at Al Zour, downstream from a new refinery being built by Kuwait National Petroleum Corp. (KNPC).
