Kuwait Launches Probe into Big K-Dow Fine; Politicians in Dispute

The Kuwaiti government launched a probe yesterday into the recent ruling by an international arbitration court that ordered Kuwait to pay $2.16 billion in compensation to Dow Chemical for the December 2008 scrapping of their proposed K-Dow petrochemicals joint venture.
