Dow-Kuwait JV Appoints CEO, Selects Michigan for HQ

James Fitterling has been named CEO of the petchem joint venture between Dow Chemical and Kuwait's Petrochemical Industries Company (PIC; Kuwait City). The 50-50 jv will be called K-Dow Petrochemicals, and will be headquartered in southeast Michigan....
