Sasol in Talks to Divest its Iranian Operations

Sasol says it has entered talks to divest from its operations in Iran, confirming earlier statements by the company. Sasol said in a filing to the U.S SEC in October that it is reviewing its operations in Iran and does not intend to make further investments there because of a possible risk that sanctions may be imposed on the company by the U.S., the European Union and the United Nations as a result of its investments in Iran.
