(ICL; Tel Aviv) has reported a 445% increase in net profits to $703.2 million for the second quarter ended June 30. And sales for the period increased by 116% to $2.07 billion. The rise in sales was driven by ICL Fertilizers business segment, which is benefiting from the continued rise in demand and prices of potash and phosphate fertilizers, ICL says. The ICL Industrial Products segment contributed to growth with improved demand for some of its products and the ICL Performance Products segment benefited from higher selling prices, ICL says...
