Iran's Ilam complex to start up; Moghaddam takes over from Bayat

Ilam Petrochemical Co. (Ilam, Iran), majority owned by Petrochemical Commercial Co. (PCC; Tehran), is expected to be commissioned in December raising significantly the polyethylene (PE) quantities that PCC will export in the future, Yusef Mosafer, planning director at PCC tells CW.
